Think of it this way, oatmeal is high in fiber, which, in turn, cleans out all the gunk that builds up inside. It's like sunday, who really wants this dreadfully dull day that just seems to crawl by, yet all the personal reflecting one does on sunday can be very valuable. Patience is a virtue and if you can aim your concentration right into that bland stuff you may find a world of flavor worth savoring.

Keep the faith Mary, your honesty and your character are very refreshing in a world gone to shit. Your words give me hope that there are still people out there with integrity and the willingness to make the world a better place just by watching where their foot falls on the path. You have also shown that you are a very beautiful person (both inside and out) with intelligence and a fierce love for their friends. Perhaps this was a sign to move on because there is someone out there waiting that is more suited?

sucko I've been in that position before. It's so hard to shove those amazing feelings down. To pretend that every cell in your body isn't screaming to know that person. I'm sure there will be others *with you being the beauty that you are* but I can empathize with your pain.
