If the population of China were to line up and start walking single file...the line would never end given their rate of population increase. Scary thought. The moment that survival of the fittest went out the door, we were on a downward spiral. But, going to hell in a hand basket might be a lot more fun than it sounds. Love the image, Happy Halloween.

Why do all stories about natural disasters and civil strife - star an unemployed cabdriver with a pregnat wife and 9 children - barely fed ? I am non-breeding too - too little it won't really help.

Some how every once in a while - I meet a *good kid* . Not often - maybe they keep them away from me ? Everyone gets fucked around - there is no deserve - how is your tolerance for pain and indignation - - this day ?

Human overpopulation is the root cause of most, if not all, of the problems in the world and yet the idiots celebrate reaching the seven billion mark. Breeders, bah pfui. We're wiping out other species at record pace; eventually the only (nonhuman) animals on the planet will be the ones people prefer to eat. And I, for one, I love animals and couldn't live in a world with no wildness, no one to commune with except masses of other homo sapiens.

I gave up on people, in general, long ago: 7 billion is nothing to be celebrated, and adding to that count is nothing I want a part in. But then, there are still a number within that seven billion that I do give a damn about.
