These people are dear friends of mine. I sat through all 10:19 of this and enjoyed every second. I wonder if I would have enjoyed it so much if I didn't miss them.

It's hot and lovely and beautiful and summery here and I have been living in shorts and tank tops. Soon it will be Pride weekend. And I will be riding my bicycle in the parade. YAY!

Also on Thursday I'm taking a Greyhound to Revelstoke. Why? Because I crave summer storms and Vancouver is too temperate to have them. Why else? Because there is a girl there. I am going to bring her flowers.

Tell me: what is your very favourite type of weather?

I'm at the public library right now. SG isn't blocked... yet. So, in celebration of that, have a photo that would make them block access to this site if they could only see it.

Linds took that photo. We did a mock photoshoot for a documentary called Peep Culture that's currently in the making. Linds, myself, and two others spent a day with a film crew, talking about our use of social media, privacy issues, and why we feel it's necessary to share our entire lives with the internet. Why indeed?
Do you do it? Why or why not?

Has linds moved back from LA? or just visiting? That video was going well until they went with that longer bus and all got killed. What does your girl play in the band? Rain free spring days can be nice, when it not to hot or cold, there's no snow, the plants are still rich and green and the dust and pollin hasn't picked up yet. have lots of 'fun' in Revelstoke hopefully Zeus will rattle a few off the mountains for you. I want to scratch your hairy belly in that picture.

I don't put everything on the net. I think it would be a tad boring as I don't lead your life. And a lot of the time I would rather say something than post what I did today. I do see the draw as it gives your style, thoughts and ideas a measure more immortality.

I go through phases where I share everything, mostly when i'm feeling down. Then I go through times I don't say shit. So...ya, the answer is sometimes...once in awhile, with alcohol.

Rain is nice, but we seem to get it in spurts...big, overdone spurts! biggrin
Well, take care, hope you find your rain. kiss kiss love

what a lovely photo smile

I agree with Oracle...I tend to share more when I'm down. I think that's because I spend more time by myself though, otherwise I'm out doing things and generally too busy having fun to bother recording it.
I did think it was funny, my mom came to visit me last weekend and was asking me what's the big deal with facebook. So I showed her facebook for half an hour or so and she was just like, who cares about all this stuff? This is the dumbest thing ever, with status updates and whatnot. And it made me think...who are these people who update all the time with "about to watch a movie" and then two hours later "great movie!"? It seems so narcissistic when you get to that point. On the other hand, it can be a great way to share amazing things. You just have to find a balance, I suppose.

I hope Revelstoke provides you with satisfactory rain.

Not to the extent that you (and some of your friends) do, but yes I do. I find it easier to share myself online than off. We both grew up in this crazy internet world, you more so even than me, so I guess that has a lot to do with it.

And really, when was the last time you showed anyone a naked picture of yourself in real life? If we had lived 20 years earlier, I likely never would have seen you naked, and that would have sucked.

It was about 15or 20 minutes before that and you were at 12th and Fraser.

I was on Midnight at the stop light and didn't see you until you'd already turned down the street out of hailing range.

It felt really nice to see you though. We should do that but with talking and stuff. Possibly food.

And swimming somewhere.

Your friends look like they were having a hoot! tongue

That photo of you . . . . is truly awesome! You have a great physical presence!

My favorite weather . . . is in the Fall . . . days that start out cool . . clear crisp air . . . frost on the ground . . . warming up to 60 or 65 during the day . . and then cooler again at night. I love the color of the leaves in the fall . . gold, yellow, red. Yup! Beats the crap out of 97 degrees with 90% humidity! Then again . . I'll be moving north in less than a month!

I don't mind sharing some things over the internet . . just not everything all the time. Twitter doesn't do it for me . . tried it . . didn't think it made sense for me. Not sure Facebook is worthwhile either, except for being able to keep track of some people I never see.

legggg warmers....
i love legwarmers. i wish it was fall... so i could wear them.

my favorite weather is when it's just chilly enough to wear layers, but warm enough to not wear a coat... sixty or so. just a nice crisp cool breeze, with the fall sun peaking through clouds to warm you up just a tad. but thennn... there needs to be big rolling storm clouds... heavy rain, loud thunder, tons of flashing spider lightening. i love when it rains.

i remember when i use to be able to get on sites in high school.. they slowly got all of them. but, there was a time in ninth grade, this guy sitting next to me, saw me on a forum where i wasn't supposed to be... but, i knew how to clear my history... he didn't. and insisted on telling on me. oh, high school.
