"A report from Wired has highlighted information concerning an upcoming massively multiplayer online game adaptation of Joss Whedon's cult television space western, Firefly. According to the new report, The Multiverse Network, a network of MMOGs and the makers of a free MMOG technology platform, expects to announce later today that it has signed a deal with Fox Licensing to turn the short lived science fiction drama into a MMORPG. "We see virtual worlds as an extraordinarily promising new entertainment medium," commented Fox Licensing's vice president of media enterprises Adam Kline in an e-mail. "We believe Multiverse can deliver an experience that will remain true to the original series, while enabling a whole new level of personal involvement for fans." While the television series itself was cut short after a handful of episodes, Firefly's fan following has been nothing short of zealous. yeah, at first I was worried, but now that I know I am not dying I am trying to have fun with it. I guess it would be better if I could choose when I had vertigo instead of it just happening at the worst possible times.
I know what you are saying about the honey. At the restaurant I work at, we get our produce from a farm down the street. The have a plot of land they lease to a bee keeper who is very caring towards his bees. Alas, all the honey is gone and he won't be producing any more until the spring. The flavor is noticabley better with his honey. Regular clover honey is the kind that's mass produced, but these bees get to roam the farm for flowers and fruits so the honey has hints of lavender and such. I may be an omnivore, but I do give a damn. The cream and butter I will be using for my truffle production comes from a small dairy where they milk the cows by hand and let them roam free when it's not winter. They also don't over milk them and I am pretty sure that the cows eat better than I do. They also don't give them hormones or any of that other nasty shit, and I believe that the cows are happy eating mostly organic natural growing foliage, again lavender.
