i'm embarking on a new life. less time in the office and more time rolling down hills, riding my bike, and being a real person. if you have ever wanted me to do some design/html/css work for you, now's the time to ask, because i can finally pencil jobs into my schedule again. i'm so excited. [yes, this means i sort of quit my job, but only sort of. it was killing me inside.]

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

i am an artiste... on bar tables.

photo by linds - at foundation on main and seventh, my favourite restaurant in vancouver. it's wide angle, hence the weirdness... and that is raw sugar in my palm. whee! i love how, in the top panel, the boy is all "ee... i don't know if that's such a good idea... ya sicko."

Good luck with your new life.

Sugar is easy. Sugar still in the packets... now THAT'S a challenge. Well, not really. However, the raw sugar packets I have had... well... they had plastic on the inside. That was gross.

I wouldn't mind some of the site update-ification we had discussed, but it's not really life or death. Maybe I just have to learn how to do all that crap myself.

I wish I could have gone to Foundation when I was there. I've heard great things about it. I'm sure I'll go next time though. I'd like to fly down for a visit sometime. Who knows if that will be soon though. When I do it will be for more than three days though, and we can do photos again. Although I still owe you photos from last time.

Wow. I'll never gro tired of looking at you.
When I was a kid I would make a little hill of sugar on the table and go to work on it that way. It ruled. I ruled.

Few things are as satisfying as (at least sort of) quitting a job that is sucking out your soul. I'm happy for you.

I had the same experience with Radioshack. The manager was horrible and abusive, and pretty much worthless. Huzzah on quitting your job!

"Sort of"? Are you freelancing then?

Less office time is good. As are restaurants who give you crayons. smile
