Happy Talk Like a Pirate Day, sea dogs an' land lubbers. Arrr! I be makin' veggie burgers (from scratch) tonight an' then goin' t' be seein' Scatterheart at Th' Buffalo Club. Th' SG Burlesque hits town on Friday, Sept 22, which I`ll also be attendin' - hot lasses fer ye bilge rats... say ahoy if ye be seein' me thar, Vancouverites.

I know how you feel honey - for the past year I've been part of the corporate world and workin to stay a float with loan payments and whatnot. I think I've painted twice in the past year.

Being away and off work and kinda brought me back to my roots and I think I'm going to head back to school, I really want a career in art even if it's not being an artist. When I'm not creating I feel kinda dead inside.
