A few days ago, I had a birthday! (Thanks bunches for the birthday wishes &prezzies - you know who you are!) Do I look any more mature?
I worked on the actual day of, but I've spent the whole week celebrating with people I love.
Notable points: birthday noodles, sunshine, bubble tea, playing board games without the rules, smiling faces, new phone (a working one, even!), chocolates, &awesome fan art. I mean, look at these rad pieces...

&lucky me, I'll be spending the first weekend of March in Seattle with even more of my favorite ladies, during the Emerald City Comicon!
Babes in attendance will include myself, Cherry, Rambo, Royal, Radeo, Silencia, Doxie, Voodou, Yulia, Cruella, Toxic, Amelinda, Marigold, &posssssssibly...Aadie! I'll keep you cats updated as I hear confirmation from ladies still working out their plans, but this convention is always sooo rad! You know you want to be there, too...

So anyways, I'm healing up as well as one can! I still want to punch strangers who bump into me, though. Wonder how good my left hook is? I'll post photos soon of the evolution of my bruise. It looks like zombie skin right now!!
New Years Resolutions are a bunch of phooey, if you ask me (or this smart lady!). Set goals for yourself all the time! Here are some of mine:
>>Be even more positive! I feel like I'm a pretty positive person, but one can always be more of something! Things I am doing more of: inviting positivity into my life at every turn, acknowledging the good things in not-so-awesome situations, &giving people the benefit of the doubt. My favorite thing so far has been a tiny notebook that I decorated, to fill up with scribblings &drawings of things I love &things that make me happy!
>>Be more grateful! I am, but I think most of us can always do more to show our appreciation for others, ourselves, &the world around us. For me, this means letting the people in my life know how much I love them...for who they are, the things they do, &the sacrifices they sometimes make. I'm also considering getting "Please" &"Thank You" tattoos somewhere!

I'm currently sitting in a coffeeshop next to Silencia, typing this update with one-and-a-half hands. I'm in an immobilizing sling, for "comfort," mostly, to help heal a fractured clavicle, thanks to the lady who decided to give me the gifts of flight (over the top of her car) and scooter-brutalization. Adventure!
I always wanted to be ambidextrous, but this wasn't exactly what I had in mind, haha. I'm so over broken bones!

...Eaten far more than you'd ever imagine possible for my size, though not quite as much as Silencia.
...Set three squirrels free. Three!
...Spent a few hours too many looking at dirty pictures on Tumblr.
...Received a couple more awesome gifts from my wishlist!
...Started learning some Lady Gaga on piano.
...Became a cartoon, twice.
...AND failed to catch a rat with cookies as bait.

ALSO! We had an amazing time at the Portland Tattoo Expo a couple weekends ago! Mischief, mayhem, &maaad boobies were enjoyed by all in attendence!

Life as of late includes (but has not been limited to): learning to read sheet music, hang time with some of my favorite ladies &gents, Scrabblin' the shit out of most of said ladies &gents, spending lots of time in the kitchen, photoshoots on both ends of the lens, trying to work out the details of starting a revolution from my bed (thanks, Oasis), poring over FAFSA info, watching tv-on-dvd (Fringe, Life, &season 4 of Dexter), &walking all over town!
