Yeah .. well, I mean, cyanosis is just the bluing itself, for any reason. And it's certainly doing that. I'm fairly sure the cause is a syndrome that is stress related [though it is also aggravated by extreme cold, so the fact that this has been a very cold winter, here, and that I haven't had heat does not help]. The state of my hands seem to be more indicative of my emotional state than my temperature, especially since they stay warm to the touch and half the time when it happens, I'm in a very cozy environment. It's certainly strange. Running them under hot water when it happens does sometimes help stop it from happening. Or sometimes it goes for days. Eh.
Hahahah, yeah. I'm incredibly stubborn when it comes to keeping myself properly warm. I never grew out of that stage where you fight your parents on whether or not you have to wear a coat and gloves and all that, except now there are no parents to fight. So I just don't, unless it's excruciating.
I'm trying to be better, however. Trying to be a little more nurturing toward myself. I mean, y'know, it's what I would tell anyone else. So thanks for the vote of support. Means a lot from you.
