UGH! I am pissed

why is it that it seems the better you are at your job sometimes the harder it is to get what you want?
you perform well and they wont permote you becuase they need you to overperform in your current position...

I have a reason why Im saying this...
a few months ago Ekim got a promotion the reason he got the promotion was becuase hes a hardass and doesnt take shit from people not doing their jobs properly.
So now he oversees a group of *I think* around 60 people with the "help" of this stupid women who lets everyone get away with everything and hasnt actually been in their position for quite some time now. Hasnt actually fixed a printer in years and doesnt even know the guidelines to her job.

So becuase of everything that was happening with baby Claire he worked out a special schedual with HIS manager he would come in 12-8 monday through wednesday then thursday and friday 8-4 hes been comeing in at like 10 most days (2 hours early) BLOWING his "helper" away with stats and overworking himself to the max trying to fix up this team this women let go to shit. She is a complete idiot seriously she takes 10 times longer to do one single thing then Ekim does and Im getting sick of it and im not even there anymore!!

So his manager gets a different position and this other guy whom ekim got along with wonderfully who has two girls of his own and was super understanding about Claires issues becuase his wife and him had something crappy happen during one of her pregnancies too. That was untill now. Now The high boss at Ekims work is PISSED becuase they want Ekim on an 12-8 shift becuase aperently after 4 pm everyone slacks off because noones around after 4 to crack down. So becuase he actually punishes people who dont do their jobs which is essentially what his position and his little "helpers" position entails hes getting fucked and now they want him 12 - 8 every day which means ekim will miss my last 3 apointments. Hes at the point now he wants to resign.

and I wanted booty lastnight and ekim was to tired and I worked on him for like 2 hours and was pissed about that becuase 8 months prego i dont feel like the booty very often and then I do and hes to tired !! ACHHH

and im pretty sure i get to fight with my ex today becuase he gets paied 3 times this month and likes to think that he only pays me twice a month regardless even tho our agreement says biweekly stupid fuck prolly doesnt even know what that means.

and yesterday i was soposed to go to my baby apointment my doctor is one town over and gas is liek a million dollars right now so we drive all the fucking way there and my phone starts going off in the room and i look and its the secretary "oh your doctor called at 2:30 and siad he wouldnt be back till 5:30 and we arnt sure that he will even be back then so we have to reschedual" IT WAS FUCKING 4:30 THEY HAD SO MUCH TIME TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THIS AND THEY WAITED TILL 4:30 which was my FUCKING APOINTMENT TIME

we had to go drop noah off and everything then they are like oh come back tuesday um ok NO we are only available thursday and friday afternoons and i have another fucking apointment on thursday so why would I come tuesday then again thursday! STUPID FUCKS

my moms being a retard and one min is calling me crying she cant work anymore then is calling me telling me that shes applied at a hardware store to work. like WTF
