I am off to London today! My aunt is lecturing at a fashion conference and she asked me to come with I haven't been this excited in a long time. I am such a dork I have made a comprehensive itinerary since I am only going for a week (and planning makes me happy)

I have had a really positive week. I don't think anyone can pass through a such a sad experience unchanged. Right now I am trying to separate the pain from the learning. I think that the biggest lesson I can take from this is that I know how I should and deserve to be loved and how I should love and treat the people in my life while I am still fortunate enough to be here. This journey hasn't been easy and coming to a point where I can draw a positive is still an ongoing process, I went through dark days where I wanted to die to be with him but I acknowledge now that that wasn't how my life was written, my life is here, even if it seems unbearably sad sometimes I have the most beautiful family, friends and animals for which I am grateful for everyday. I can only hope and aspire that the rest of my journey here I show these people the absolute limitless love that I was touched with.

Bad Sue! I was so ashamed

On Friday I went to a Might Boosh party as Nanageddon. Everyone looked pretty hilarious. I'm very impressed with my friends dressing up skills.

I found this little guy in the pool the other day, I think he is a baby Loerie, I was scared he had swallowed too much water because he wasn't moving and breathing very heavily. I moved him (without touching him) into the sun and when I came back to check he had a flown away. I love happy endings


I haven't been very good about dancing but lately I have been trying to build up strength again, I still struggle with flexibility, hopefully I can conquer the splits this year.

I leave you with one of the cutest things I have seen in a while, when otters sleep they hold hands so that they don't drift away from each other while they are asleep. Animals never fail to amaze me.
