i, uh, am so bad at updating anything that's not my livejournal. anything that's not livejournal tends to get real dusty and neglected quick, such as myspace, flickr, and so on. i am easily overwhelmed! i do constantly update my twitter, though.

i haven't answered most of my inbox in months. okay? MONTHS and months and months... i'm very sorry if i've left you in the lurch about something. i was gone all summer (i went to taiwan, hong kong, china, malaysia and singapore) and the minute i returned back to los angeles, there was a huge house-moving drama that my family incited over a mere parking ticket that i got. unable to live with the utter blasphemy of a parking ticket, they ordered me to move back to the suburbs and/or move somewhere less city-ish. all that was really confusing! i stood my ground and finally decided to stick to the castle (yes, i DO live in a castle!) to try once more to make things work (biggest reasons why it might not is because my ex lives with me, and also because i am jobless!).

i haven't had much chance to really look at SG either, and i feel bad about that. so many lovely ladies and all their efforts, and awesome people! seeing that it's october finally after all the whirlwind i've been through, i'll be attempting to make some kind of living (somehow) and also attempting to be more social and better at correspondence (always a suck for me).

Annika has a set, called Classica, which i feature in at the end. I was just not ready to have my pictures taken! Eeeeep! Annika is a megagoddess, though. i was at work forever (making poor Annika wait) and then I tried to clean the bathroom (yes, that shoot is MY bathroom) i got bleach in my eyes so early that morning i was scrambling to clean the bathroom and do annika's hair & makeup before Zoetica got there. I was quite worn out and breathless by the end of it, and then . . . I had to go to work! Props to both Zoetica and Annika for creating such hotness together!

mutedequilibrium is one of my absolute best friends, by the way.
We started talking more than a year ago, and just . . . skyrocketed to a great understanding of one another. He's been there for so many things and put up with so much of my insanity. I love the guy to blasted pieces.

NaomiRobbins is a lovely girl i've known since i was 15. she's a great photographer and you should go over and tell her hello & welcome! she took, uhm, pictures of me and Zoetica when we were in high school. Hush!


And finally . . . why colored contacts you ask?
Sure, I could take some sets without my colored lenses in.
I love both natural and artificial beauty!
But given that I look very different without them, it doesn't suit my image. Furthermore, since it looks SO different, it gives me a sense of privacy. That no one from online would recognize me without the colored contacts in is one thing I take great comfort in. Sometimes I just cannot deal with people, so, it's necessary for me to keep the eye color separate for different purposes. When I have my contacts in, even my family doesn't recognize me. FAMILY. so, yes, it's nice to have such a barrier between the public and the private.

Ever since that first set of mine went up - it's been pretty much the best and craziest time. It's like the line in Fight Club - "You met me at a very strange time in my life."

i'm like a million hours late for work, so quick post (as always).

so, i'm as insanely busy as ever, so i'm so sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry for the lack of replies, comments, answers, and so forth. i get off work sometimes at 6 a.m., and sometimes 9 a.m. needless to say, it's absolutely killing me, so i'll be glad when i get to take the summer off, and spend it in asia. starting from june i'll be hopping around hong kong and taiwan and maybe china. i'll be going with my family so i have NO IDEA how i'm going to deal with horniness pangs. ha.

props to the her majesty of megahotness, zoetica for shooting this set. i've noticed queries about my fluctuating boobage. well, they're nice and plump just before my period, and so whatever size they are depends on where i am during the month! you should know that by now, sillies! needless to say this set was after my period, so i'm not as jiggly as i'd like . . . oh well.

and in case anyone asks - i made the tshirt i'm wearing, and any figural paintings are by me, and photographs (or abstract paintings) shown would be by my roommates. i think that wraps it up . . . vote for me! now time to get my sorry ass to the office . . . *flees*

oh, and p.s. i update my livejournal more than this due to time constraints, but hopefully that might change some day.

2007 was utter chaos & godblastedly nuts (in many good ways). & hopefully not the last of the mayhem! happy 2008, y'all. and yes, i still am not sleeping and still am overbusy, but things are definitely stabilizing and i mean it. thanks for all the birthday wishes! much love.

so, i'm still severely, severely, severely antisocial and overbusy. not many of you know that i've been pretty much sleepless since march. the fiercest stretch would have to be a full month's worth of literal non-stop sleep. why? because i'm saddled with work! a girl's got to live, you know.

i got a job as an art director. that's . . . stupdenous, y'know? i live in a castle, too. castles don't come cheap.

anyway, i hate making useless posts like these, but i just wanted to make a note that i'm not ignoring anyone and i am just totally overwhelmed and totally like, OMFG. zombie shit for brains, really. you don't want to have to talk to me right now. ha.

Zoetica shot a new set of me a couple days ago; god knows when that will be up! I got a pair of aqua colored contacts for the shoot. I'm not going to spoil the surprise, but there are suspenders involved.

i wanted to post about something a wee bit more meaningful, but i still have about 20 illustrations to do in 2 hours, and on top of it, haven't slept in about a week. i've been juggling work, parties, housewifery and social obligations like a crazed woman and i can't wait until i can finally just go to sleep.

i'm delighted to present to you, at last, myself done over by the genius that is nadya lev. i was standing in for a model who was sick, so i guess i was lucky, considering how frightfully busy nadya is. i didn't sleep that night either, so i was mostly nodding off during what must have been 6 hours in hair & makeup (yes, that is all my hair, plus a bit of fake ones). and wow, how could i resist the amazing trinity that was nadya, nelly and holly?

I've been craving me some ridiculously useless and purely decorative lingerie lately. I've lusted after these particular pieces forever, but I've been really reallly really hankering after them lately. I'm not sure why now as opposed to any other time . . . maybe it's a case of wanderlust, in the dirtiest sense of the word. This sounds totally retarded, but, on special date nights, I prefer going commando --- and commando yet decorated is the best! Not that anyone would be perverse enough to check up on that, of course. ha.

So, Suicide Girl status is mine, finally. I thought of joining when it first came around the internet, but I was busy with school and didn't think I could handle it. So, fastfoward . . . what, six years later, I'm on this thing. Funny, 'cause you'd think I'd be better suited for it when I was a wee little nymphet, blazing in all my youthful glory. Too bad they're unable to overwhelm the internet with zillions of sets, because I could so shoot weekly! (Thanks for shooting, me, miss zoetica!)

I almost wish SG doesn't have a Rigor Mortis group. Now I'll never be able to pry myself off this thing.
