The surgery went well.
I'm back, babies!

Next surgery I'll get will be cosmetic.

I want machine guns surgically inserted into my boobies.

That'll learn that creepy old Korean guy at the Pizza Pizza across the street to look at my boobs when I ask him a question.
That'll learn 'im, alright.

If anyone can photoshop a picture of machine gun jubblies for me, I would love them forever.

If you're asking in your head right now if I'm on drugs, than I tell you, "I am".
I've not much experience with any painkillers besides Tylenol or Excedrin extra strength. This is a pretty wild ride.

I'd suggest lasers with the beams coming out of your nipples tho - machine guns are so 90s!
