and I'm also kinda writing a graphic novel of the horror/ erotica genre, though the art is not by me. I am also writing a young adult novel that is also in the horror genre. But what I want to work on lately is drawing again. What is wrong with me? Why can I never have enough projects?

That's the sign of a true artistic mind, always wanting to do more than humanly possible. I can relate... I have more unfinished drawings in sketchbooks than in my portfolios. Only reason I finish any of my pottery projects is because the clay would dry out if I didn't.

Why you can never have enough projects? I guess that's how an artists mind works. You're always getting new ideas and you want to make them happen all at once... 
I'm not an artist, but it happens to me too, sometimes I get full of ideas and want to make them happen instantly and simultaneously.
Curious to see more about your novels... I'm a fan of horror stories.
