it was great to meet so many new faces in pittsburgh this weekend (and see ones that i'd met before - like my limbo buddies kira and alisa.. ♥ ♥. it was so cute all changing into our costumes together in the 'girls room').
harliquin and morgan were two of the first girls we met when we came in. we met kiscica too, but i didn't get to talk to her as much as i would have liked! actually, i didn't even get to meet everyone who came - like shera and alexis for instance - because most of us went back to the hotel early; we knew we could have more fun there. so i apologize to anyone who came kinda later to the club and couldn't figure out why they saw hardly any SG folks there.
the maryland folks were so sweet and welcoming, and let me, lucia and robinbanks come back to their room - watching old politically incorrect cartoons with morgan, harliquin, and ariel, crazybob, nick42, stiles, veganjihad (if i missed anyone it's only b/c i didn't get/remember your name!) was one of the most enjoyable parts of my night. i didn't want it to end! then we migrated to alisa and stirfry's room and got high with everyone in there. norritt gave me one of his sketchbooks to flip through (let me say that it's great when you're high to have some cool artwork to look at), he's such a talented and intriguing boy.
i wish we could have stayed at that same hotel and hung out even longer, but we had reservations at a different one, and i needed sleep so i could drive back to ohio in the morning!

and you're right - one of the best parts of the night was just hanging out with you guys in the room(s) - everyone was so sweet and down-to-earth. well, and the bunny porn was good too.

i wanted to come out to pittsburgh so bad, but i was broke i went out on halloween with my last $7 and just drank other people's beer instead. i wish i could've come! i couldve met all you wonderful people!
yeah! that's our lovely isobel in my candids. thats from when i kidnapped her a couple weeks ago and brought her to NYC. she's awesome - i love that girl. haha yeah, her hair is great. all day we had little kids pointing at it and their parents scolding them with "shhh! quiet! its not polite to point!". she also got to meet my super-conservative mom with that hair have you ever met her?
come to new york soon! we'll hang out and listen to t rex and the pogues and velvet underground. mmmmm. pogues. supposedly, a few blocks away from me there's a bar owned by shane macgowan of the pogues, but i've never been there.

i think it might have been me that took pips pictures. i cant remember. i was pretty drunk. i know i took a few and i cant remember which. that and im used to my digi cam. i hope it wasnt me so i can say im not that dumb but it probably was hahah.
oh and i had a blast and i loved loved loved your costume. i was so proud of you for making it. i know i could never have made one that beautiful. youre such a talent

true, I didn't make many pics this weekend - but that's ok 'cause I'm possibly the most unphotogenic person in the universe. we should probably all be glad that guy is blocking everything but my knees in pip's one shot
