lets get the boring topic outta the way. work. i think im due for a holiday. i feel great and happy about things, but i think my tone of voice is slipping with the ol' customers. i received a customer complaint. see, i have this issue, that if you talk to me like shit, i will generally be snappy towards you. this is in my personal life anyway, at work, its more, you can hear in the tone of my voice that i think you're an idiot. enough said.

life has been floating along nicely.i went down the coast the other night to spend time with my parents. it was soooo good to have a change of scenery, i need that, often, it gives me a renewed apprecaition of where i live. (or at least prevents me from being serisouly bored )

i wasnt joking, life has been floating along great, but today ive hit a wall.


yep, just like that.

last night i had serious nightmares. so much so, that every few minutes id wake up in a sweat and burst into tears. this went on from 3am till 8am. i finally decided to get up, cause each time id fall asleep it would take me right back to where the dream left off. why cant good dreams be like this?? i got up, had a shower and realised that today my job is just too hard. hard in the fact that greeting customers with excitement when you dont even know them is not how i wish to spend a day where all i want to do is love myself back to a smile. i have no energy to give anyone. not today anyway.

what was the nightmare?? that i cant say, i dont want it written so i can ever read it again. it just hurt. so so fucking much, that everytime i think about it i cry. something must have caused this. well yeah, it did. but thats something else i dont want rewminding of. sorry for an anit climax. im not good at letting others know when things arent right. i just feel like an exposed nerve.

so my day today??

hmmmm nice makeup. sounds weird, but it will make me feel a billion times better.

the show was called Beasts of Burlesque & my Dads best friends son was hosting the show all dressed up in fetish gear & wonderful makeup. they kept being referred to as "the freaks" which i thought was kind of strange, as really, they just looked like the kind of people who go to the parties or clubs that i do as i say "god bless the freaks". someone has to defend the lovely critters

hehe i love that my local grocery store is called The Rock n' Roll Fruit Market" and has a jukebox, which today had Devo blarring out of it.....
