Ho le stesse mutande !
Comunque prendo le compresse di lievito perché fa bene alla pelle ( è un seboregolatore), fa bene ai capelli e alle unghie 
me lo ha fatto prendere mia mamma dai 12 ai 15 anni per prevenire brufoli etc
