Today I'll be walking like John Wayne. Pole class last night was really productive. We did some serious exercise and my thighs and ass feel like they've been injected with cement. Haha! I can't sit down without plunging into my chair cos the moment I try to bend my legs, it's as if I can't hold my balance and when I try to stand, I have to push myself out of my seat with my arms cos my legs are too sore to do it. But I'm not complaining. I love love LOVE this feeling. I love when I walk out of class, and despite my limbs feeling like jelly, you can already feel the effects setting in. And more than that, I love waking up the next day with my legs as stiff... Well, whatever. As the very cool Hyatt said:
IF YOU DON'T SWEAT, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG! GRRR!
