HEY! HEY! LISTEN!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the delay in the blog! Man, I cannot believe October is almost gone, and what a busy-bee I'll be starting Halloween! I'm doing the following:

*Partying Halloween
*Starting NaNoWriMo on November 1st
*Helping out at the Long Beach Comic Con Booth from the 3-4th of November
*Traveling to Kansas City to celebrate my Great(est) Grandmother's 100th Birthday from the 9-13th
*Starting CNA (Certified Nursing's Assistant) on November 19th!!!

COINCIDENTALLY, the 19th is ALSO when my first set from the SGFLShootfest2012 that I shot with Waikiki goes up! Don't forget to give it some love, ya'll!

Busy, busy, busy! And now for some fun stuff (and elaborating further on things)----


1) HOT DAMN! The SuicideGirls Recipe Project in conjunction with the awesome owner of the Temple Of Evil restaurant, has officially kicked off, with me and my girl Milloux starting the show off right with a tag-team special---Dinner (Milly) and Dessert (Me)!

No recipes yet, but soon!!!! Absolutely stoked! ♥


2) Halloween, anyone? Yes? AWESOME!!!! Get ready for the sickest Halloween Party to EVER hit the West Coast, done by (who else?) CLUB SUICIDE!!!!!!!!!!! Guess who's GoGo dancing this year?

We got the Deadliest Darkside DJs across THREE dancefloors, a Costume Contest for Cash Prizes, a supremely sexy new home at an 1500 capacity venue with state of the art lighting and sound, themed projections, multiple bars and levels, absinthe, vast smoking and drinking patios of vice and the best photographers in all of Los Angeles to steal souls of all beauties and beasts... wink

3) LONG BEACH COMIC CON 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOT!!!! This year, Millouxis in charge of the booth and we expect to see you geeks and gals there! Stop by! Show us some love! Take pictures! It'll be her, me, Ackley, Tristyn and a gaggle of other beautiful ladies!!! The con is from November 3rd through November 4th! Stop by!



4) NANOWRIMO!!!!!!! For those of you who don't know (and for SHAME if you are writers, tsk tsk!!!), NaNoWriMo stands for "National Novel Writing Month". You have thirty days to churn out a novel in a contest of both will, strength, discipline and dedication! I'm entering this year! If you are participating, please add me as a writing buddy!

I FINALLY learned how to do SFX Makeup to bring to life my costume of none of than, the Japanese urban legend, The Kuchisake-Onna ("Split Mouthed Woman")!

Her story is a very tragic one. She was a very beautiful woman, said to be the most beautiful around. She was kind, friendly, and bared no ill-will towards any living soul. However, her husband, an incredibly jealous man, found his wife too beautiful, and hated that all men turned to look at her, and because she was so kind, he often mistook her simple kindness as flirting. He punished her in a violent, brutal way---he took her favorite pair of sewing scissors and cut open the sides of her mouth, mutilating her, and then said, "There. Now, no one will want to look at you but me." But after a while, he couldn't even stand the site of her, so he killed her, covered her mouth with a surgical mask, covered her body in a tenchcoat, and locked her in a closet before setting aflame to the house.

She arose as a vengeful spirit, wearing the same trenchcoat, and surgical mask she died in, becoming known as the "Kuchisake-Onna"---the "Split-Mouth Woman". From then on, late at night, she would appear in front of men walking alone at night, and ask, "Am I pretty?" and if the man were to say "No", she would kill him with the same scissors she was mutilated with. If he were to reply with, "Yes", she removes her surgical mask, revealing her disfigured face, and will ask, "Am I still pretty?" If the man says "No", she kills him. If he says "Yes", she STILL kills him, believing him to be a liar.

The ONLY way of escaping death is to reply to the Kuchisake-onna, "You're so-so", or, "I don't know, ARE you pretty?" This answer confuses her and gives the man time to escape, but more than not...they meet a painful, bloody, and violent end.
