So you know me.... I cant see boobies...and hot ones at that and not blog and tell you all about it. I also cant meet someone new and not let you all in on it.

So with that being said...... I got to meet the gorgeous Lavonne and her man today. Let me just tell you how cute those two were pulling up on their motorcycle all decked out in bike gear. They both were so nice.

I got to shoot a set with Lavonne and then I got to help....well rather...be a cop watch person sighter...with Oogie's set.

I have to say Lavonne was so quiet. She is so talented and calm. She just moves and shoots with ease and grace. I found myself saying how cute when she shot because she would almost pose while shooting. Really adorable. She let me see the images after shooting....and while I am not going to give you much info now....as you have a long while to wait on this one..... but I do want to say I was blown away with her talent and the shots she got of me. I was so happy with how they turned out and I am so happy I shot with her. I may not get that opportunity again for a really long time as she is from Canada. She was so so nice and today was a great day!!!

And because I love giving you all a bit of a tease...and I say a bit because I do not want to give away how beautiful this set is going to be....here are some shots I took while Oogie was shooting.

Also I talked to Lavonne a bit about doing a body detox....and I am clueless as to what to do...how to do it healthily and what it will do for me. I really want to try it but need advice...tips....info. If any of you know what to read.....articles you know of...a system that really worked for you. How long it takes... I would greatly appreciate the advice!

LOL that don't swim sign reminds me of this...
From the old people that brought you "You punk kids stay off my lawn" comes "NO SWIMMING IN MY DAMN BIOHAZARDOUS LAKE YOU PUNK KIDS!!..THE MOVIE lol.

...oh and I should mention this is a scary movie .Thankfully I don't watch stuff like this and will enjoy an evening with South Park instead and avoid scary ass nightmares but for anyone else...have fun with that.

I'm skeptical about anything that gets labeled "detox". Lot of snake oil masquerades under that name.

One general note about most of those systems: Your body starts to adjust to most anything you you do with it on a dietary level after the third day. For example, if you go on Master Cleanse, or some other fasting style detox, it'll feel harder and harder up through the third day. But on the fourth day, you'll wake up feeling great and you won't think it's too difficult anymore for weeks after that. That's your body switching over to a fat-burning metabolism.

Body detox is pretty hard on your system. With all your previous health issues you might want to consult a doctor before plunging in. My old room mate and said he thought it worked wonders for him but it consisted of some weird liquid concoction diet for like 4 or 5 days and he was miserable for the majority of it. Felt much better after though. Hope that helps

To be on the safe side I'd go to a nutritionist or even normal doctor, do some medical exams and than plan a detox programme.
Can't wait to see the result of both your work Love the new hairstyle too
