i am the master of mac and cheese..both out of the box and from scratch oven baked..
the key to good out of the box is of cource black peper...sweet green peas and a few slices of kraft deli select cheese mmm mmm mmm

there are some fairly decent vegan mac n 'cheeze' recipes out there..though admittedly nothign is quite the same. I'm a few pieces of cheese away from being a vegan. Soy milk =
