My non-spoilery, non-prejudicing Avatar review: Some people say it was the most immersive and beautiful movie experience they've ever had. I wasn't quite so blown away, but it was very pretty. It's a long movie, but I never felt like it dragged or was too long. The story was not original, but you can't have everything in a movie. I wrote a more spoilery, short review in my blog if you want more detail--maybe after you've seen it.
