Hope everyone enjoyed Fat Tuesday! I went to the gym and ate healthy foods all day Im not into sugar and bad things, not because I am on a diet, but because I just dont enjoy eating that crap. Its not satisfying to me at all.
I dont understand u junk food people lol I crave fresh fruits, and enjoy eating veggies, lean meats and my new favorite thing to add to my greek yogurt besides fruit are chia seeds! yum yum yum! Ima try n get buff n stuff
I like to feel good about what I eat, it makes me happy to know there are great and healthy tasting foods out there. Healthy food does not have to taste gross
