Hello everyone,

Thanks for all the kind words in my last blog. I've been feeling a lot better even just in the last week.

I haven't been too happy with my health so I started working out and trying to eat better. I already feel a bit of a change.
(this doesn't count but my friends' parents have a legit wood fire oven and we were celebrating)


I just started summer school and we're learning html and css which really doesn't require "learning". I can't believe how simple it is.


I've been spending time with awesome people and also reconnecting and catching up with people I care about like JayBugg and Heracleitus.

Met some cool new people.


Got tattooed.



And the usual stuff.



And tomorrow my new set is going into MR at 7PM PST!



I can't wait to know what you guys think about it. Milloux and I had a good time shooting it and I hadn't really done too much outdoorsy stuff so I thought it would be fun. I hope you like it!

I've been feeling off lately. I can't really define it.

I'm not depressed. I'm just thinking a lot. I consider myself very realistic, neither on the side of pessimism or optimism, regardless of how others may view my acts or thoughts.
These days I prefer to be left alone. There are people I like to see; they are the rare exceptions.
I've had a lot of people constantly poking and prodding at me lately, texting me unceasingly. It's really getting on my nerves. I find myself ignoring people, pushing them away until they stop bothering me.

Most of the time, I am pretty happy. My friends keep me happy. The random texts from the people I do care for keep me smiling. I just feel like I'm missing something. Only time will tell, I suppose.



I've been spending more time with Venom which makes me very happy.




Bradley just moved to my area so I'm really excited about that too.




I went to see my best friend this weekend.

Time has been moving so fast that I didn't even realize I never recapped March and now April is almost over!!! Classes are almost over for me, finals are in a week, then I have a week off and then summer school starts and after that I'll have a second summer school session at a different school. No breaks. Just have to keep moving.

I tried to narrow down all the photos from my phone because there are so many, and I guess I haven't been doing too many interesting things because I've been so busy with school.

So these are from March and April:

Hume26 asked me to draw him rolling hills and distant trees so I did.


I was involved in an art show at my school. We had a couple late nights in the gallery "setting up".

Well hello there,

I have some time, for once. I told myself I'd be doing homework with this time. I filled out some flash cards and printed out all the readings I have to do (killed about 3 trees) and by the time I was done with that I somehow felt accomplished enough to not proceed in reading them. I guess I'm really only trying to get ahead so I don't get overwhelmed later.
I also booked a flight to see my best friend in about a month. Super excited. I want to travel more. Funds and lack of job make that difficult.

I've been feeling off lately: doubting myself and thinking about my future. I have a few close friends who have each broken down to me on separate occasions about what's going to happen to their life after school and it is terrifying, especially when work is so scarce or you've chosen a field that you love but are unsure of it's possibilities. This has not only terrified me but motivated me to move forward and try to start my process now so hopefully when I'm done and I get my shiny degree I won't be lounging around my parents house eating top ramen waiting for divine intervention.

I just really need to stop making stupid, impulsive mistakes. It's not time for games anymore.

Earlier this year I felt like I was burnt out on Comic Con and that I wasn't going to want to go this year. However, I went to Wondercon and it reinvigorated my lust for the con.

Isn't it funny how much music can remind you of different times in your life? You can choose to avoid certain music because it hurts too much or you can choose to listen to it again because you want to remember. Maybe you even want that feeling back.

This song reminds me of last Christmas. It seems so long ago, just a few months.

I want to make changes in my life. Not sure what yet, but I don't want to look back and wish I had done things differently. Even if things go poorly, I want to know I at least tried to do something better instead of just playing it safe all the time.

I meant to update sooner but life has been crazy and non-stop. I'm actually in class right now. This semester has simply been about surviving and not excelling. I'm taking mostly GE's and one art class that I hate so I'm not really doing anything with my major and I'm just trying to make it out of this semester without epic failure.

For those of you who responded to my last blog, I stayed in the class. I wrote my essay and I'm just going to tough it out and try to get better prepared. A phone call during my freak out was very helpful and it was brought to my attention that only my pride wants the good grade and the higher GPA but the companies I'm trying to work for after I graduate are only going to care about my degree and my portfolio and not my GPA.

We're already almost half way through March and I haven't relayed my February to you so here we go:

If you're wondering about the stitches at the end, I had a cyst on my neck that I finally got removed and I just got the stitches out this morning. I guess those last few photos were technically March.

I don't have many awesome randomness since I'm not on my computer but I have some stuff that I've collected over times of boredom in class:

Hopefully it won't be so long between my next blog..
I really only have 7 weeks of class left. So crazy. But then starts summer school.

I. Am. Freaking. Out.

I want to drop this class for fear of failing miserably, I don't know what it is I just can't get on board with this professor.

I'm so over this, sometimes it's just too much..

I simultaneously have a lot and not a lot at all.
I am so swamped. I'm leaving this weekend with my best friends family to visit her and since my school has spring break really early, we're having a shit ton of midterms and stuff due this week and next week so this is pretty much the worst time to be going out of town.
So I'm currently taking a break from an essay to write this.
I'm exhausted.
I don't sleep well at school.
I have a midterm on Thursday that I haven't even begun to prepare for and I'm stressing hardcore over it. I have no clue how I'm going to pass this exam.

However, I didn't come here to bitch and complain (doesn't seem like it, huh?) haha.
OK. BETTER THINGS.
Or just one better thing. I told you I don't have a lot... or do, but not the time for it. So only the important stuff.
