How I deal with that feeling is replacing the ideology of "floating along in life" with "I'm always at the beach"....because it's ok to not have plans when at the beach XD....or I pretend I'm a time traveler and just between good moments but as if time slows down for me so I can still live my life ......later I pretend the sofa is a fort and the floor is Lava !!(Saddly I'm not joking XD).
