There's only a day or two of January left and considering I'll be at school then I'm going to take this opportunity to post my January iPhone recap now... or at least the second half. The first half was in my last blog and there's still so many photos but maybe this month was just more eventful because of my birthday...
It's been a really good month, it's a hard act to follow for February.

Picking up where we left off with my birthday/Delphiversary.

And then began the epic day full of food, 3 amazing people, and Super Mario all day.

And then came an epic day with Venom

Sometimes I hate my school.

Epic cake.

My friend got a snake.

The difference between trying to draw with a mouse and tablet.

Animating stuff.

My last shading appointment! Color next!

Tried out my star wars cookie cutters. They looked better before baking. The death stars were a complete failure and the x-wings look very phallic.

Thanks for all your support on Leopard. I'm glad you all liked it and I'm happy to have made a strong comeback after my brief hiatus a year ago. It still really humbles and flatters me to come across someones page and see myself in their favorites. Although doing what we do on here as Suicide Girls comes with judgements from ignorant or rude people, the good outweighs the bad and I'm happy to be here.

I will always be happy you're here, too. You're an amazing, beautiful woman, inside and out.
The X-Wings do look kinda phallic after coming out of the oven... so much for cookie cutters... but the cake's cool, though I don't remember Yoda dueling Vader, only Palpatine.

There's several possible solutions for your cookies. If the cutters are metal and can survive the oven, bake the cookies in them, like an upside down cake. If they're not (and this is much more likely), you simply need to find a type of cookie that doesn't rise/spread. Go with a no bake recipe or simply reduce the water content of your own recipe. Less moisture = less movement. Butter danish cookies are good for forming, as well. To really make the detail pop once they're out, try brushing a tiny amount of butter or sugary water on top, give 'em a varnished look. (It's called wash in the cooking world.) Or you could even say fuck cookies and make 'em like jello or popsicle molds. I even think you could make doggy treats with 'em, those tend to be dry mixes. If you do that tho, you must post pics of Delphi munching on a Deathstar. That reeks of awesome.
