In regards to your inquiry about the literary sleeve...
I decided a few years ago that I wanted a tattoo. And I've always wanted tattoos but always made myself wait for a few months to see if I still liked the idea, but I never did. Then I got the idea for a literary sleeve with a bunch of my favorite books because I'm a huge bookworm, and the idea stuck for about three years so I went ahead with it. It started with a big piece of Edgar Allan Poe (my favorite author). It has Animal Farm and 1984 from George Orwell, Catch 22 by Joseph Heller, The Gashlycrumb Tinies by Edward Gorey, Lord of the Flies by William Golding, Farenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, The Birds by Daphne Du Maurier, The Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan, Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk, The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis (the book that made me fall in love with reading), and a sketch from Kurt Vonnegut.
Since then I've gotten "Kydnie" tattoed on my leg in transplant ribbon green to represent my fight with kidney disease and the summer camp that I am a counselor at every year for kids with kidney disease and kidney transplants. I also got "FUCK" written inside my lip (my favorite word which I use too often, so I got it tattooed where it should stay, which is in my mouth not coming out of it), and have started my other sleeve. Its different figures and symbols throughout cultures and religions that represented death, so as Osiris in ancient Egypt and Hades in ancient Greece. But not in an emo, gorey, look-at-all-the-blood way. Thats about it for now, but plenty planned. Thanks for your interest.

First, I must say that I am glad that you are in much cheerer spirits. As for the Thor thing, I so fucking agree with you. My boyfriend, Pezmaster is an avid fan of both Thor and Dr. Pepper and we were so depressed over the soda cans all being the same. We unfortunately do not think we will be able to see Thor before it exits theaters due to having such a packed schedule the next few weeks, but we will be the first ones in line to buy it when it comes out on DVD. In the meantime, we have enjoying playing with all the Thor toys at Wal-Mart. It is so funny to see people staring at your when you are wearing the Thor helmet or battling someone with his hammer throughout the store. We are like big kids, I tell ya! We can not stay away from the Thor merchandise. The next time we try to play Thor in the store we will be sure to post pictures for all of you to enjoy. I am sure they will be quite amusing. Now, the shirt you mentioned in this blog, did it have anything written on it? It was interesting indeed, but what message was the designer trying to present. Nonetheless, I now too want one just out of sure curiosity. Not to mention, it would be totally cool to see people and how they react to seeing such a shirt. I hope you have fun at Club Suicide on Saturday. I will be with my boyfriend and my stepson at my nieces fourth birthday party. She is having a "Hello Kitty" themed ice cream social. So if God, is going to come get us all, there is going to 15 hyper preschoolers ready and waiting for him in WV. I am sure that will make him regret his decision.
