i don't know you, and you don't know me, but i've been where you are before - hopeless. and despite the fact that i would have bet it impossible, things did get better. it didn't happen overnight, but it happened. i know it sounds cliche, especially from someone who may not know your situation, but hang in there. please. i've been to hopeless before, and found my way out. time made all the difference.

i dont know whats going on with you but i hope youre okay, you sound real down in the dumps..i think its time for you to run a big smelly bubble bath with some scented candles and grab a box of choccies and induldge and enjoy the little things in life, things will get better, just believe in yourself and have faith in your abilities..xx

winter sucks. I think it does this to everyone. You are the only person with access to your mind, but you need to keep it going. There has got to be something that will make it worth it for you. Exploit that idea.

I know the feeling. Personally I've dealt with depression for most of my life and it's not an easy thing to deal with. Just keep your head up and fight through the sadness and pain. I've been all the way to the bottom of the dark pit of my emotions. I've even tried to commit suicide and I'll tell you right now that things will get better for you. Cheer up. You don't want me to have to give you a hug.
