i just realized that halloween is around the corner. . .

i want to go to the columbus halloween party that is in memory of our elsie.

what are you going as for halloween?

i'm making a going away carepackage sorta deal for my sister who is leaving for college.

i have so far:

this nifty little thing that looks like a frozen juice can but is really a hideaway for her stash
condoms
some emergency adderall (lol)
ramen
hangover pills (maybe. do those things even work?)



yeah that's all. what else should i pack in this for her? ideas! ideas!

i was able to make a quick appearance at havana last night. it was so much fun and even though i had to make the drive back to cleveland this morning for classes, it was completely worth it. there were so many girls there, i didn't even get a chance to meet all of them! i did get to see vivid, meow, copper, rainbow, adalae, and warning again. i also got to meet karma, amina, and rigel, which was righteous. got motorboated by karma. and warning. lol there were other girls, some i recognize and a few i didn't, but i just didn't have time to say hello to all of them! i also got to see punknitemike, katieokiedokie, trickynicki, jonnieboy, vectrexx and tons of others . . . and there was no drama! it was a good night . . .

i saw the midnight showing of the dark night . . . WITH MC CHRIS! (you know, the aquateen guy) and it was flippin sweet, but even cooler cuz i got to go with a celeb of sorts (tons of people in the theater recognized him and by god am i easily starstruck!) but yeah he paid for my 18 year old sister and me to go with him and his entourage and it was pretty damn cool i must say.

the new place is pretty much functional. that's nice too. we're on the bottom of a duplex but we get the finished basement which is pretty kick ass. the place is really comin together. i had no idea i had so much shit!

i hurt my back lifting a 14 year old girl with cerebral palsy out of her wheelchair and was pretty much immobile for a week. and then on top of that i got bronchitis just as my back was getting better. i have the worst luck sometimes.

i started painting again which is good. i need the outlet. i'm gonna hang paintings throughout the house i think. i don't care if my roomie likes it or not! (plus she keeps decorating with fake flowers. i HATE fake flowers. so she doesn't have room to complain. . . right? lol)

i seriously had to take a shower right after i found that cuz i kept feeling shit crawling on me!

anyway . . . heyyyyy! i didn't die. i have been so crazy busy recently though! i'm moving out while still trying to work 50 hours a week and its not going over very well. at all.

movin' into my own place. that's right. outta the rents house. for the first time, officially. i'm not gonna count the times where i was either crashing at a boyfriend's place or couchsurfing from one friend to the next. or that time i lived outta my car. hehehe

thanks for the getwell wishes, too, btw. it was all sorts of girly problems (ovarian cysts and such) but i'm feeling much better now! i also wanna say thanks for the birthday wishes and presents and i'll be working on sending somethin special your way, too!

i promise once i get my life back in order i'll be on here more often. i miss you guys like woah!

woooo! my birthday is april 3rd! that's less than six days away!

problem is, i'm still not better, so i probably won't be able to celebrate to my full potential. recently, the smallest amount of physical exertion (like walking around the mall. . .) leaves me wanting to take a nap.

i can't believe i'm gonna be 23. have any of you had that kinda of epiphany where around your birthday, you think about where you thought you'd be by now and you're nowhere close? i mean, i know i'm not old or anything, but i planned on living on my own and having a bachelor's degree and student teaching by now. instead i'm living with my parents and going to a community college. kinda disappointing. oh well. i'm not bummin too bad. . .

anyway . . . go check out MY BIRTHDAY WISHLIST! (oh come on, you knew that one was coming . . .)
