I love that side twisty thing you do I have yet to see that one!. Once my leg heals I'm definitely going to try that.
That move that you do where you drop one leg, touch the ground with your toe, then bring it back up I do a modified version of that I'll show you sometime. It seriously KILLS my abs but doesn't strain my back or anything. It's something I used to do in gymnastics.
