i've been in that rut myself the last day or two. usually it helps me to get out with a couple friends, see a show, or have a few drinks... i hope you find what works for you - and then do it!
I find that 9 times out 10 the person who doesn't know what to do knows *exactly* what they should do. It's just a matter of doing it. Easier said than done, sure, but better to pull out the thorn and experience that moment of pain than to let it fester.
I believe ice cream might help, and an open pair of ears.
The first one might be a problem, but the second, I can provide.
Good wishes are also due. Here's mine.

Hang in there, it will pass.
There are a few crazy projects about to kick off up here in Sacramento, I'll send you the info once I find out if they need makeup. It might be normal day rates -at two or three days per project.
Why so blue? I know you've felt that way lately, but I have no idea why.
I would suggest a big bowl, a nice cocktail and the record Lovage until the meantime.
