Our illustration club did D-Day and everyone rocked. Bought throat lozenges ahead of time; I've not been very nice to it lately Yes ladies & gents, She's A Screamer.

...My skirt fared well, though. It wasn't hitched up as short as it was last night -- no way could I wear it that way in front of my instructors! (If any one of them was hot, that might have changed things, but I digress...)

Our sushi gathering post-party was grand, as well. I LOVE this group. Artists all... thereby raising the hellraising quotient by at least 20% per head. It's been one of those days you're just in love with the life you lead.

In other news, I'm giving BJ a rest tonight. I've been after him all week, every night... Helping Eli load his stuff tomorrow for his cross-country trip. At least I think it's tomorrow. In denial about him actually leaving for good. East Coast is more his style, though... Don't know for a fact, but from what I hear, the people there seem a little less pretentious than what I grew up around. Can anyone dispel this little ideal of mine?

... So o'course everyone and their dog swarmed into our store as soon as I clocked in. Felt much more like Monday than Saturday -- girl vs. world -- Grrrrrrrr! If any of my customers are reading this: STAY HOME ON RAINY DAYS! & Leave me alone! Goddammit!
