Goin’ down memory lane white trash style…..

I have this picture of James Hetfeild on my laptop wallpaper thingy. It’s very comforting to me…he’s only sixteen in the picture, him and his guitar and this weird hat people wear, I guess, when their about to go croc hunting or whatever. It’s just good to be reminded people, no matter how famous they become, were once young and just in love with what led them to their fortune. Anyway, I think he was pretty poor, looks like he lived pretty much in a shack, you know, the kind with wood paneling. My best friend Donna, back when I was thirteen or fourteen, lived in one of those shabby places. Mine wasn’t much better, but hers…the whole house slanted. Her mom had just met a new guy, much younger than her. In fact, he was more suited to date us. I think he wanted to. His name was Billy. He always watched us when we sunbathed on Donna’s trampoline. Then one night Donna and I made out. I think he watched that, too. We swore to each other we weren’t gay, whispering under the blanket in our ridiculously slutty hick accents, “K, this don’t mean I’m a lesbian or nuttin,” then we began to feel each other up. My hand slipping over her freckled thighs. Hers went right up my shirt. If I remember correctly I pretended she was Axl Rose and she made me act like Bret Michaels. Hey, whatever got us to the right moment, ya know……

So last night I saw a kickass show. Goth, punk, whatever you wanna call it, there was a moshpit. And, who the FUCK is that girl in the pit in Stilettos?!! Yupper, that be me. And my toes got smashed and this drunk asshole plummeted over a table, spilling the remainder of my drink while I was away, but, hey, it all rocked. Funeral Crashers (with treason) were fucking amazing. And this band auto something or another…auto explorer? Explosive? Too bad I was drunk, damn it, anyway they were really good…..sort of reminded me of early sonic youth. I’ve decided if my screenplay ever becomes a film I wanna use music from the underground punk scene in it. That would be so fucking awesome………..just watched Before Sunset and now I’m feeling all romantic and shit….Ethan Hawke is soooooooo hot, I heard he shops at Urban Outfitters. Weird. Well I have to go finish some stories to send to the agent on Monday.
