i'm at the awesome cafe where i work, i have the day off and i'm working on some projects, finishing editing 'chuckers,' and working on the new one, and they're blasting system of a down so loud i can feel the floor vibrate but its cool, i haven't actually heard the entire album until now..............
i have a cemetery's worth of dirt on my ripped apart jeans.......
some idiot actually hacked into this site last night and info got erased
that's just sad. i've had the pleasure of getting to know paulie through emails, he's a big inspiration to me........and congrats to him for winning his lawsuit. finally.
time for another afternoon drink,

I feel good things on the rise. Hell I already see them. Theyre here. I feel stronger. I belong here. Its been a long time comin, baby.
Some people inquired about what my tattoo meant. Shelter and the arrow (7inches, wahahaha) that points to my right hand. Of course its in reference to me being a writer. Writing has gotten me through so much pain. It has always been there and always will be there and now when I look at my arm Im constantly reminded of it, that everything will always be okay. Art is God. When I was homeless, and all I had was Borders and a notebook, I wrote. When I was hiding from a friend who was trying to have me institutionalized because my depression was so bad, I wrote. When I found out my parents were living in a car and I didnt know where they were or how to find them, I wrote. When I was hiding in a pantry from a psycho ex-boyfriend who tried to kill me, I wrote. When three therapists at one time couldnt help me with their pills and their files and their check the box that most represents your feelings bullshit, I wrote.
And here I am, surrounded by good people and a great city and new responsibility and finally happiness. And a book thats coming out soon, I swear! It will be part of a trilogy. Im still doing some final touches editing wise on Everyone Is Chuckers but I have started brainstorming the second book already. There will be a website soon, and excerpts from Chuckers. I'm hoping it will be out by June. Everyone keep their sticky fingers crossed!
