I write this because I can’t do anything else. I never could. I have lived in this silent voice, this is a silent war, you know who wins a silent war? No. You Don’t. No one does. It’s silent. The cheering is silent, the celebration is silent.
I write this because there is no other way. I let an artificial devil touch me. That means I lost a lot.
I write this because I feel safe when I have no control. My writing. It used to be out of control.
The freedom committed to insanity is astounding.
Sometimes I guess I just wanted someone to look at me with honest eyes and touch my face with warm hands no matter what I had done and ask, “Are you okay?” and be brave enough to deal with the answers, and detach themselves from this world, this fucking world that does not stop turning so everyone can hear one person breathe, and accept one person’s humanity and let that breath flow
And let that breath flow into them
