Most of my family lives pretty close, but I'm planning to go down to Binghamton and spend it with a group of friends there.

Oh, and deep fried turkey is definitely the best.

Oh my Gosh Deep Fried Turkey is definately whats up. I fried one a couple of years ago, that thing was so good i was lookin for my momma so I could slap her. Good thing she was three thousand miles away at the time. lol

but the past few years my family has done non traditional meals. This year i think i am cooking Jambalaya to go with everything else greens, cornbread, ham, and a bunch of other soul food. we dont do turkey at thanksgiving too often anyways. But i think i may just do some dressing anyways just because i love it so much.

But i will start off my day at work. good thing i get off at Two, just in time to eat! biggrin

Can't say I've ever had a turkey like that. You see to know what taste good so I'd totally give it a shot upon your approval of it.
Nothing not traditional, last two years I work right after dinner
You?

I think we did it once, I think cuz I can vaguely remember having one of those fryers. We cook outside if we did it, that's how mexicans roll man. Backyard in the rocks or the dirt so nothing catches fire haha
Well either way have a good thanksgiving, I forsee myself working that week especially that day or the day after whatever

Thanks for the friendship! smile That turkey looks delicious! I much prefer the US thanksgiving meal to our tradional Sunday roast here in the UK. I usually have capon for the family meal in the winter holidays and that's scrumptious too!

Mmmm Turkey. Canada has already had it's Turkey day, so I am going to have to wait for Christmas for Turkey again. I can honestly say though, I have never tried deep fried turkey before though...
