Your boobs do look great from what I can see! My sister got hers done a couple years ago and I took care of her during the healing process. It took her a good three weeks before she could do anything on her own. Hers though are a little too big for what I like and I guess that's how she wanted them, but like you I would just go for something a little more natural looking not so over the top, yours look awesome.
