I'm sorry that the people that you talk to, treat you that way. Your fears are not stupid. Just because other people may not share them, that does not make them any less real. Everyone's fears are different. But don't close yourself off to the world. Just find people that won't treat you that way. Trust me, they are out there because I'm one of them.

I understand you completely. I've had so many knives in my back I've forgotten the history of half of them. I've always trusted people and wanted to let those I believed in close and many times they've done nothing but hurt me once I opened that door. It does hurt, but there are also those who I have let in that have done wonders for me. I've made some awesome friends by bearing my soul to a few too many people and while it may have hurt, it's helped me to grow to be a stronger person and develop deeper love for those who've chosen to stuck by me all these years. I know it doesn't sound at all amazing to just let people in, but closing yourself off doesn't do anyone any good. I've done my own share of screwing up friendships because I closed myself off out of stress and depression. It's equally painful to try to not to feel or fend off everyone so they can't get in.

I'm always here for you if you need anything. If you ever want to discuss anything, open up, compare scars, or anything at all. My ears will always remain open. All I want in this life is a happy Jamity!
