eh.....what a bad day. today started off shitty. we were short handed at work cause my manager fucked up again...but then eveything was cool. i sorta had a hard time giving a shit how people want their eggs ( i am a breakfast waitress), but eventually i snapped outta it and had a good time at work. i love most my co workers so much. then i came home..........i recieved my hospital bill from going to the er cause i came down with strep throat. after 4 hours and talking to a doctor for 4 minutes they billed me for $850......my insurence company is covering like $150 or it leaving me with a bill over $700. such a fucking bummer. the medical industry is so fucked up and we are at their mercy. i am drained and disappointed in humanity.
on another note i finished my book...the red tent in a bath after opening my mail. it was amazing. read it if you like fantastic fiction books ago far away lands and beautiful cultures.
and on an additional note i love my cat alice.

ok so my summer post lasted probably longer then it should have. here is the new news.
so i am single again. it is ok. it was over. i miss the company but not the headache. it was great when it was great and then just fell apart. lesson learned: dont date skaters, dont date anyone who has never seen the movie grease, and dont date people that wont do kareokee.
i bought a laptop. so yea hopefully i'll be back in the swing of things here. although i feel like i am so far behind that i can neer catch up with everyone. i am sure i only know like 1/16 of the girls on here now. i dont even know how to navigate this fancy website anymore.

it was just my birthday. it was amazing. i remember everything. my plan of not drinking liquor worked out well. i even managed to make out a lot. so far the big 28 is going good. kinda looking forward to turning 30, just want to get it over with.
i am an aunt. my sister had a baby. going to visit next month. gonna spoil that fucker rotten.
i am going to europe in a few months. some girlfriends and i are going to ride bikes and trains from france to rome, so pull out your couches now cause i'm going to be knocking on your door.
it is my year anniversary with my cat reno. she is lovely.

ok fun summer update.
last week i went camping. it was so much fun. back to the russian river for tubing, swinging from ropes, wrestling on a log, drinking beer, bocci ball and s'mores. best time ever.
today i snuck into a pool with a bunch of amazing fun friday friends. i was kinda nervous but yea right like hotel managment is going to ask me to leave when i got my bikini on. they should pay me to come to there pool. then took the ferry to sausilito (sp???), had some fish taco and then rode my bike to thee parkside. it was beautiful and the first time i have riden over the golden gate. the ride almost killed me, not really but i did almost puke up those fish tacos. riding all the way across the city to thee parkside was a bit much, but whatever. the sad thing is that i am on the wagon.
another fun thing..summer reading. right now i am reading cocoon. beat that!!!

looks like i have been gone for too long.....everything i expected has been changed. looks awesome.
the summer thing has been going very well. i have really gotten into lawn games, for real. and i got to go to the family farm and go fishing. i caught 2 catfish that we kept. they were delicious. i am going camping in a couple weeks and next weekend i am going to see joan jett at a county fair the day after i go tubing down some river with my wonderful friends.

yeah!! it has finally stopped fucking raining. i got to ride my bike today with out getting soaked, sit in the park, ate a popsicle. it was amazing. so ready for summer. i am really looking forward to:
1. summer produce....really red tomatoes warm from the sun with a bit of salt and pepper...ahhh...the taste of summer.
2. flip flops
3. camping...fires, beer, tents and getting DIRTY!!
4. kickball games
5. riding my bike to the beach to get fish tacos and beer
6. feeling the hot sun on my face
7. sitting outside and drinking a 40 while still in a tank top
8. speaking of tops....yea for tube tops

speeking of sports. last night on KRON4 the fucking fat ass sports guy got started on some tangent about how if a woman wants to be a stripper that is fine but once she gets engaged her finance (sp?) should tell her "honey...no more stripping".....fuck you. fuck that whole mentality that a woman listens to her father then gets married and obeys her husband. know who goes to strip clubs??? married men. i have never been so offended and embarressed that people still think that way and are allowed to broadcast it on the NEWS. fuck you.

good news, my sister is having a baby. i will become an aunt. strange. she lives on the east coast so i'll rarely ever get to see the damn thing...i'll be on the east coast in april so her and her boyfriend are going to get married while i am there. i am looking forward to it....i am not really looking forward to riding 8 hours in a car with my boyfriend, father and my father's wife. 8 hours with me keeping my hands off my man......impossible.

i read the spin article. it kinda made me sad. kinda made me miss sicily. didnt change any opinions of mine. i think it is cause i really dont care one way or the other. i am here, i am happy with where i am and i am not planning on changing it cause it just really isnt that big of a deal to me. maybe cause i dont feel like a "cash cow". i get the perks and none of the drawbacks. no one has ever been mean to me and no one has ever had a reason to be.
anyhow i am bored. not just at this moment, in general. i want to go out. i am sick of just eatting and drinking my money away. i need a change of pace. i just feel so damn tired all the time. something has gotta give. maybe i just need a vacation. everyweek is exactly the same it seems, other then when i adopt a new cat or get a robot tattoo....eh...i am whinning.
