The veganism thing is actually going pretty well...at least, in the short time I've been one...I haven't eaten read meat for 6 years now, which makes it a bit easier, at least...
DAMN!!! I am SO living in the wrong city...SF sounds like the place to be... 
I'm curious; where do most of your friends live? Where did you live before SF?
