i am a new mom. i adopted a couple weeks ago. i went to the SPCA for a kitten but fell in love with this little monster. she is a year and a 3 months. she was a recent mom when coming to the SPCA 4 months before i found her. her and i are getting a long very well. she a bit too vocal but we're working on it. i still miss vegas very much and i know no cat will ever replace him, but say hello to my new darling, Reno.

yes those are her real whiskers and have not been photoshopped in any way.

Mine is 13 years old and completely insane. She just sits on the porch and screams at me when I come outside. She won't come in the house. She won;t even chase the squirrels. They come right up on the porch next to her, I think she is scared of them.

congrats. she's adorable.

my female cat is really vocal, too, but now I kinda like it. I live by myself and I love the weird meows, growls, and chirps she uses to "talk" to me, especially because I usually know what she wants now.

Im certain nothing can replace the memory of your beloved pet but animals are so wonderful for our lives Im sure Reno will be a great addition. Dems Some Whiskers!!!

looks like my lola, although lola is a he.

by the way, the one on the right side is bikini. i got the two cats in november 05 and i absolutly adore them. they really saved my life.
cats are soooooooooo fantastic!!!

say HURRAY for reno, lola and bikini!

oy. Doozie did that, too. she would wake up at 5am and meow until I let her come into my rom, wanting to play. fortunately, I opted to ignore her, and she gave up doing that. now she's a real sweetie, and doesn't make noise unless she hears me moving around in my room.
