Heys Guys!
I need your help.
I'm organizing a trip to NY City, and I need some adiveces/suggestions to places to go. Like design museums, good and cheap restaurants, gardens, fairs, bars to hang out, hoods, galleries and things like that...

Me and my friends will be there from 31 of april to 6 of may of 2010.

I'm sure i can help you out .. i know a beautiful museum not many ppl know of .. cloisters museum and gardens/whitney museum its hard to find too many cheap restruants but you can walk around to find em .. st marks is fun for shopping .. rockfeller center and 5th ave is fun .. off broadway shows .. or broadway if you can cough up the money i saw wicked it was AMAZING

I just moved here to NYC.
I can tell you lots of places!
Moma, Museum of Sex, the Met, you have to go to Central Park!
Some restaurants are Gobo, Red Bamboo, Bagels on the Square...
Lots of nice galleries in Brooklyn and Chelsea...

But, yeah, I can answer any questions!
I have been exploring this place like crazy since I got here.
If you want, I can even be your tour guide for a day, if your interested?

The Cooper-Hewitt (Upper East Side) is the main design museum; the Museum of Art and Design (Columbus Circle) is brand new. Both I think are less impressive than the Modern Museum, but that has one floor only for design. A lot of this depends on what the special exhibits are.

Three life-changing dishes in New York: (1) pastrami on rye at Katz's (Houston and First Avenue), and (2) papaya salad at Sripraphai in Woodside, Queens, and (3) the Chocolate Bruno at Blue Ribbon, on Sullivan Street south of Houston.

The bar on the northwest corner of First Avenue and 7th Street is mostly for sipping whiskey, and watching the cabs stream past.
