Hi guys.
It's been a long time. Moving in London has been crazy, kept me all that time and, actually, keeps keeping it. I just feel too empty to write something interesting. Also, I haven't got a camera yet and have no pictures to illustrate this new life, which will makes this blog a bit pale.
Summer school is doing well and is so interesting. I'll finish my second course tomorrow and get two others to go. I seriously can't wait to have money to subscribe to some new ones (I found somewhere to sell the clothes and designs I make, which means money).
I've met nice people, made new real friends, saw again my dear Jive and other good friends. My parents even visited me last weekend.
The city keeps make me happy and smiling. I love being here, carrying out my dreams and my projects, improving my English a bit more everyday. I really don't picture myself back in Belgium at the moment.
I suppose at this point you're waiting for the "but". But, then, I hate my place. I got a nice room but the rest of the flat is just awful, sad, ugly, damaged. The landlord is such a creep. I'm living with a friend but also with the landlord's daughter and his cousin which makes things even weirder. The rental is cheap but nothing works in here and we got no proper bathroom and as I see it, cheap is finally quite expensive. We (my friend I live with and I) need to find something else asap but in two days I sent like ten requests for viewings and got only two answers: one was a scam, the other was negative.
I'm so down because of the situation and at the same time, I just can't stop carrying on because, except this flat, everything is just as expected and cheerful. There is nothing to do anyway but carry on, is it? Things always get sorted out at the end. Always.
That said, I won't let you without some photobooths:
I got an undercut just before I left Belgium...

My sister sent me cookies from Belgium. Yum!

The sea behind me during the journey on boat to get UK

Other things...
