THE STAND by Stephen King. If you've already read that one, let me know... I got a million of 'em...

If you're into autobiographies (and nerdy stuffs) I can't recommend Simon Pegg's Nerd Do Well enough.

Yep, Monkey by Wu- Cheng En ( get the penguin books version if you can, its the best and funniest translation)
My favourite book of all time. It works on an infinite number of levels.

it would depend on what you were in the mood for. The wealth cure by Hill Harper for money advise and some interesting history, The Code; fighting and retaliation in the National Hoickey League if you like hockey, almost any Stephen King, The wind is my mother by Bearheart or The Lakota Way by Joseph Marshall III for a unique history and philosophy...

Im reading Born to Run by Christopher McDougall right now. Its pretty interesting so far. It is openly about ultra marathon runners and this tribe of super strong Indians in Mexico but there is a more hidden message about humanity in it. I have liked it so far.
