Just like with tattoo or piercings, no one has the right to tell you what you can or can not do with regards to your body/figure. Not only do I consider it to be rude, it's also a matter of preferences. They differ from person to person. Don't force yours onto others. That said. If you are unhappy with them, then you should do what is best for you, whatever that might be. Good luck with it, do some research beforehand and make sure you get properly informed. Don't settle for a leaflet.

Another one of my faves on the site, Kemper, just celebrated her "boobiversery". She had a really nice blog about what her experiences were with having the breast augmentation done. It might not interest you to read what she has to say, but your blog and the ensuing conversation reminded me of it and I thought it might interest you.

I'm a noob still, but SG has already taught me to be more understanding of how others relate to their bodies than I was before, and I have a newfound respect for things I never considered healthy before - cutting paramount among them. It's Gallow's body, so it's her call. (that said, I love tiny tits - which Gallows' aren't - and think they're awesome as-is, but that's MY opinion, and has nothing to do with what she gets to do with her body)

In all seriousness, have you thought about doing a fund-raiser through kickstart, fundly, or crowd tilt? (I think those are all .coms, just search for "social fundraising" and you'll get more hits than you can handle)
