Hello

I won the new SG book
Hard Girls, Soft Light on Instagram the other day, I can't wait for it to arrive so I can perve on you lot even more than I do already.
This blog post is going to cover from December, I'll categorise it (whether that's for your benefit or mine, I'll let you decide).
December

I did stupidly good with Christmas presents this year, and spent some real quality time with my family and boyfriend. When people were asking how my Christmas went, I was telling them that it went perfectly

New Years was nice, but I fell asleep at about ten to midnight seeing as I'd been at work all day.

I've been feeling a bit rough for a week or so, and didn't think too much to it, I just thought my body was over reacting to me having actual food again after such a while, but then at work on Friday, I passed out. I went down like a ton of bricks apparently, and was unconscious and none responsive for five minutes. The paramedics came and put me in the back of the ambulance and ran a few tests, I had hypothermia and my heart rhythm was off, but I was awake again.
They tried warming me up with two blankets and a foil blanket -

which my mum thought was hilarious and took this picture and said I looked like a turkey, hence the weird look on my face, laughing while not being entirely sure what was going on.
We then went to the hospital with the blue lights on, and at the hospital I had a whole bunch of other tests done, and after spending SEVEN WHOLE HOURS there sitting in a wheelchair, I was told I've got Glandular Fever.
Not great, but not as horrific as I was expecting. I've got a rash on my legs and arms, achey joints, sore neck, flared up piercings, sore throat, swollen glands, mouth ulcers and bruises EVERYWHERE. And headaches. Otherwise, I feel great :p

(it says menthol on it because I'm allergic to eucalyptus and menthol, and they're in a lot of medical products)

I had two different ECG's done, one in the ambulance and one at hospital, so after removing the first lot of horrible monitors that stick HARD, they stuck another bunch on me what were even more evil. I had some on my legs and arms too, ouchies.
Anyway, now I'm stuck at home for at least a week because I'm contagious and can't stand up for prolonged periods of time or else I'll collapse again, which I'd prefer not to happen.
Okaaaayyyy, that's enough from me. Give me questions, tell me stories, but please PLEASE entertain me this week?
Thanks guys, you're all awesome x x x
