The hot tub is the best part. Ours has been offline for a couple of weeks now, and its a real drag. I work at a university, and when the research gets overwhelming, I have been known to just walk over to the gym for a break... I try to do at least cardio in those cases, but the soak is far more compelling.

You work arms and shoulders in the same routine?

nothing like a good work out to settle the stresses of life and work. running would be so much better if i wasnt freaked out about the pack of cyotes that i can see in the woods where i run. your job sounds fun at least you get to travel. I pace back and fourth around an office hallucinating that leprecanuns are after me. bout the only travling i did for any job was for the military and where they send you no one really wants to go. i hear new orleans is a great place to go the food alone is worth the trip...lol
