I'm not in the know of all the contractual stuff, but isnt there some legal action that you can take i.e. get him for copyright infringement or unauthorized use of your image/likeness? I know model releases are signed for use of imagery for particular purposes, so isnt there some sort of clause you can add to say "contract is void if so and so pictures/cd are not delivered and rights of use are void and subject to legal action"?

Just wondering.
