1 ¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbs. oil
1 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. sugar

cheese ball-
2 cups of shredded cheddar...or more if you wish.
2 8oz thingys of cream cheese(the low fat ones mush better)
1 packet of hidden valley ranch dry mix
1 cup of ground (nuts of any kind, or smashed cheetos..which i use..lol)
mix the cheese, cream cheese and dry packet in a bowl using your hands and then roll it into a large ball and roll it over a few times over the nuts or what every you want as the outer coating. let it sit in the fridge for about 30 min. then serve with crakers(flavored triscuits work great)

umm..some kinda stuffed chicken i kinda cooked up

a pack of bonless whole chicken breasts(like 4 in a pack usually)
1/4 cup of red wine vinigar
1 cup of mushrooms
3 to 4 roma tomatoes
teaspoon of baisil
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon lemon pepper
or if you have it use magic chefs vegtable magic stuff.
1 tablespoon of butter
package of shredded swiss or motzerella cheeze
2 table spoons of grill sensations
toothpicks

cut the defrosted chicken breasts down the side making it into a poket of sorts
either get a freezer bag or large bowl and put about half a cup of water in it along with the grill sensations and placed defrosted chicken breasts in the solution, if in a bag shake it around a bit if in a bowl just use your clean hands to move the chicken around to get them coverd in the solution. let it sit in the fridge while your doing the next part

dice the mushrooms, and cut the tomatoes into like hamurger slices just not as thick. put the red wine vinigare into a pan at about medium heat and add the butter and spices, let it heat up a little and then dump the veggies into the mix and saute untill the veggies get kinda pasty then set aside.

cook the marinated chicken breasts in either a pan on med heat or a george forman grill untill it the inside of the chicken is mostly cooked(still pinkish) in a GF grill it would take about 3 to 5 mins in a pan..umm depends. when it is to that point remove it to a plate and stuff about a tspn and a half of veggie/spices mix along with how ever much cheese you want in the chicken breast. if you over flow it..you can use the tooth pics to keep it somwhat closed.
put the chicken breasts back in the grill untill the cheese melts which will be just enought time to cook the rest of the inside of the chicken breast.
put it on a plate and top it off with a little more cheese and its pretty much done.
i usually serve it with some kinda pasta and even put spagetti sause lightly over the chicken..

im not a very good instruction person..lol but i can cook.

Sesame Noodles with Walnuts

8 oz fettuccine, break in half
5 T. soy sauce
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. sesame oil
2 t. honey
2 t. honey mustard
1 T. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. walnuts
2 T. chopped scallions
1 medium mango sliced

cook noodles.

in large bowl whisk together next six ingred.

combine all ingred.

*mmmm
