sittin here watchin Night at the Museum 2... such a funny movie, i love it... started workin on sunday, im sore but gonna keep up with it... feelin good after tonights workout.. ran a mile and a qtr IN TEH RAIN!!!! felt fuckin great, worked on abs after that. started paperwork and applications for LAW SCHOOL!!! yep thats right i said law school. i grad with my BA in May and will hopefully start law school in the fall.. a little intimidated and scared bout it, but anxious to start!!! whoo hoo... i get my car painted this weekend, hopin i can do sexy shoot with it next weekend at hell city either with cherry or alissa brunelli... id be stoked to shoot with either one, they both do great work! but it would have to be after i get my new tattoo haha...

So i kno its only 7 minutes after midnight on August 15, 2010, but it was 93 years ago today that a VERY important woman was born and it was 4 years ago in 2006 that she passed. My Oma (great-grandma) meant alot to me and i wish she was here today.. So Oma, where ever you are, I want to say Happy Birthday and i miss you everyday since you have been gone. You taught me so much in my life and were there for me at the times i needed you. I love you and I miss you always..

sittin in class, its always a surprise on what is going to be said in these classes. got one guy who confuses himself everytime he opens his mouth, got one female who takes offense to EVERYTHING!!! its always an interesting feat.. haha never a dull moment in my classes.. getitn a little burnt out on school and classes... ive got about 8-9 classes left.... then graduation next fall... OMG.. its always soo funny.. Im a christian and i believe in my faith, but this one female takes it to THE NEXT LEVEL.. i resepct her beliefs and her views, but she really tries to push it on every one else.. IDK maybe its just me but i believe that if you want someone to listen to your views, then you should speak TO them not AT them... when you speak AT someone they get overly defensive and close their minds to what is being said to them and this is her biggest fault...when we are all sitting in class, she speaks AT the other students. im sure she would get a better response if she didnt try to make everyone think her way.. i think that shes quite a bit more closed-minded than she thinks she is... i have no problem with her, but i just get extremely irritated at the tone in which she speaks to people... it just blows my mind that she plans on working in the criminal justice field, which i believe is goin to be difficult for her to do because this field is sooo diverse and not everyone is goin to respect her views or watch their language around her.. but n e ways...i should probably get back to payin attention in class... this is goin to be interesting...

just for clarification, its not a debate class, or a religions class, currently it is Ethics in Criminal justice, but this goes on in EVERY class we've had, including community policing... lol

my back is feeling so much better, havnt had a sore moment since i went to the doctor!!! yay...

my school finally got the rest of my money in.. AGAIN!!! i swear this a vicious circle that im in with them....but that means i get to paint my car....FINALLY, was supposed to be done a month and a half ago...but better late than never right... AAAAND im goin to cali either before or after hell city... not sure yet.. talkin to my friend as i write this, bout where to go... maybe santa monica...i really wanna go to diego tho.. i like it there..

cant wait for hell city, 2 1/2 weeks!!! new tattoo... woot woot *doin the happy dance* such a nerd! n e ways..

so bed rest for the next 48 hrs... my back is completely sore and im hungry.. lol starting a new class tomorrow night, but i wont be going... not much else going on... plans for the lake on saturday, if im able to move around without bein in pain...

talked to my guy thats doin my tattoo at hell city...cant wait to get it... and im not tellin what its gonna be!!!! cant wait for hell city...

not to mention, im thinkin about movin to cali... i need a break from arizona and as much as i love my family and being together in the same house.. there comes a point in time when i need to have my own space and my own things... not a permanent move, just for like a year or so... not sure how im gonna pull it off, but im gonna see what i can do...

well thats about it for me right now.. hope everyone is having a good week..

So, I never knew how much a disease like Leukemia could affect someone, until my friend J was recently diagnosed with it. I went to school with him and we began to hang out, well I hadn't heard from him for awhile and I guess you could say it started to worry me. When I finally got a hold of him he had told me that he had been very sick and in the hospital for a few weeks... needless to say just a few weeks after his 21st birthday, he told me that he had been diagnosed with Leukemia, but that they had caught it early and that he would have to begin Chemo therapy and that most likely within 6 months he would begin to go into remission.

As time goes by, I begin to wonder about his future and what it holds for him. It hurts me so much that my friend is goin through this. Currently he is in his third round of chemo, and will eventually have to get a bone marrow transplant. I wish that there was more that I could do for him,aside from just being his friend... I cant remember what type of Leukemia he was diagnosed with, so i can't do the proper research to find out the prognosis and ultimately, the life expectancy, if it is applicable.

Up until now, I have never known anyone, personally, that had to go through something like this; and it amazes me that, with the little bit of research that I have done about the disease,it is actually very common and happens more often then not. Although there are some forms of Leukemia that are genetic,but there are many more that just happen, out of nowhere, and it changes the life of the person who is diagnosed, as well as friends and family. Majority of the types of Leukemia are incurable, and I'm hoping to hell this is not the case with my friend. When he is at home, he's in pretty good shape, but has to be careful with his surroundings because he is very suseptible to sickness due to the chemo, which basically renders him with no immune system to fight off any kind of infection.

My heart goes out to my friend and his family, and I want to do more for him, even if that means making donations to charities for Leukemia research. Call me shallow or inconsiderate, but I never in my life, considered a charity to be interested in, I always found it to be a "waste of time", but knowing someone personally that is going through a life altering situation like this, COMPLETELY changed my perception, and I want to help in any way I can.

If any of you know local charities in Arizona, or nationally for that matter, that sponsor Leukemia research, could you please shoot me the information... I have been having kind of a hard time finding accurate AND adequate information...

watchin night at the museum: battle for the smithsonian, funny movie... other than that, not much new goin on.. a little irritated at a few members of my group for class who constantly wait til last minute to put in their contributions for the assignment... really fuckin annoying, so my set is still up in member review, im really hoping it maeks it to the front page.. its been quite awhile... hell city in a month...still got plans of gettin my tattoo... hope my school gets me my pell grant in time...

waitin for my recruiter to get back from training, so we can get on with my packet...gettin a little anxious, he gets back on teh 1st...4 more days...

well i guess thats all, i kno, i have a pretty boring life.. lol kind of uneventful.. lol but hey its not so bad..

well my set has been up for three days and doin pretty good on the comments and loved it percentage.. hope it goes live...its been awhile lol...

well not much new goin on...oh yea, OFF PROBATION!!!! lol now to stay outta trouble, shouldnt be a problem.. lol other than that..nothin else exciting... finishin up another class on weds starting a new one next weds...this shit is goin by so quick... graduation in may...SUPPOSED to be, but i might be back in the army by then and have to take some time off... we'll see.... well i cant think of n e thing else...lol

goin to lay down and watch some tv, prolly gonna take a nap...

i just want to say thank you too all of you who have shown me love on ALL of my sets, and a big thank you to Alissa Brunelli for her great photography..and of course the special person i was thinkin bout while shootin this set.. I am always amazed by the set that i shoot, each one progresses with me as a person...

so again thanks to all who have shown me love and i hope you enjoy the set and of course all the new ink!!! more to come as well
