I've been on a road to self acceptance. Within this, I've improved my self in so many ways. I'm learning to be happy, to enjoy the smaller things in life. To enjoy the life I have instead of wishing I could improve the impossible. I'm eating healthier, I'm moving better, I'm thinking clearer. I've even started carrying a journal around to record any happy thoughts that I could look back on when I'm down. It's quite usefull. It's also given me the excuse of going to the park for at least a couple minutes so I can write something small and simple. I haven't physically written down my thoughts in so long that it reads like something a 3rd grader would write. I need to start explaining things better on paper.
Aside from that, I'm really digging this two sets a day thing! I've chosen 14 sets I think should hit front page next week:

I love your choices for sets! I might steal that idea haha. But what I love more is that you are making better choices for yourself. Whenever I see or hear of someone doing that for them self, that REALLY makes me happy! 
P.S Writing is a key ingredient to sanity. And OMG that set with Venom looks stellar!

That's a pretty process, there will be many days where you feel you fall, the question is to get up and go ahead and give you the most important place in your life, walk the path that takes you to know and love, only then you can love the world and all the beautiful things to offer, now I'm in a similar situation but it is temporary: D we'll be well soon ...

Sounds like you are on a great path, starting is always the hardest, but you just have to keep on keepin on! A journal is an awesome outlet! I also have a Bartlett's (book of quotations) that I add quotes to when I find the right ones to always go back and read them and always find something inspirational that helps me every time!
I am also looking forward to your new sets, you are just absolutely as beautiful as a person can be, inside and out!
